Tar & chip also known as surface dressing is the most cost effective way of protecting and restoring tarmac, asphalt and concrete. The application of tar & chip involves hot reinforced polymer k170 emulsion being sprayed via tanker. Then coated with either granite or golden gravel. The designed purpose is to act as a hard-wearing barrier. Popular with farmers and land owners with mass areas of hardscape to maintain. We have various sized tankers for both domestic and commercial use.
Tar & Chip driveways (also known as Macadam) have a distinctive texture and do not need to be sealed regularly. They are less prone to cracking, which means you'll benefit from having to perform very little maintenance over time. Home Counties Paving are an experienced tar & chip contractor, providing high-quality installations in and around the Crawley and Kent area.
